now: exam period.
on the lappie now cuz i've been avoiding using my com. it's such a distraction, i'm sure any sane person wld agree with me. had the WORST experience with an online shop and i HAVE to get this off my chest before i explode, and also to record this cuz i wna rmbr this for life. i hope everyone sees this and boycotts them.
CASE 1
day 1: i buy a top from BONITOCHICO.LIVEJOURNAL.COM. person incharge: velda (as you all know BC.LJ is run by 3 ppl, i think, so each collection is managed by a particular person) i pay for reg mail. she says she will mail it out the next day.
day 2: the day she is supp to mail it out.
day 3: logically reg mail takes 2 days to arrive, no biggie.
day 4: nope, no postman ringing my doorbell. i'm a little worried so i email her again to ask if she alr mailed my item out.
later in the day: she replies to say "yup i've mailed your item. your tracking number is ######. i go to singpost webpage to check the status of my mail. oh whoopie she mailed it out on day 3! @#$%later in the day: she replies to say "yup i've mailed your item. your tracking number is ######. i go to singpost webpage to check the status of my mail. oh whoopie she mailed it out on day 3! @#$%
CASE 2:
day 1: i buy 2 tops from BC.LJ again. this time viola's incharge. i choose normal mail cuz reg's jst so effing ex! she says she'll mail it out the next day. normal mail takes 1 day to arrive.
day 3: i received top 1 which was mailed out by velda (?!?!?) weird.
day 6: i mail viola to ask if she mailed out my item alr, also asking why my items were mailes separately and by velda.
day 8: she hasn't replied so i'm vair vair vair pissed. i mail her again, this time with an obv annoyed attitude.
day 10: she FINALLY replies. says she jst came back from an overseas trip (like i care!) and says she's vair confused abt what i have received and what i've not and why i mentioned velda (what the shit??) i reply with an explanation.
day 11: she FINALLY replies again and says "omg sry i left out the top so i will send it to you again tmr k!" WHAT THE SHITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.
day 12: that's today, so by right i shld receive it tmr. cross my fingers and hope she gets struck by lightning.
update (2nd july): received item on day 12 :) guess their service isn't so bad after all? well, that remains to be seen. JERMZ: i mean their service sucks but i dunno much abt their personalities as human beings! i'm sure they're vair vair vair vair naise and pleasant ppl. i'd love to be their friend, but not so crazy abt purchasing stuff from them anymore :)
AND btw, the top that i bought is like a spag/halter top, but thre are no hooks so how am i supp to wear it?! i dun even wna email them to inquire abt this anymore. this entire thing has given me quite a headache. i'm jst gna figure out sth to deal with it. TSKKKKKKKKK.
AND, i received some items that are due today, today. see what i mean? if other blogshops can send these items out on time, why can't they?
